Pastor Robert Sly, known as Bob or "Pastor Bob" to many folks in the greater Carthage-Watertown area, is a Christian songwriter/musician of very creditable standing in local musical communities and leads Pleasant Meadows Baptist Church in Evans Mills, NY. He is also founder of The Way Inn Christian Music Center, which meets at the same church every Saturday evening.

Pastor Sly ministers several times every month at nursing homes, coffee houses and elsewhere through his Heavenbound Gospel musical program.
